On August 13, 2026, Google announced the Pixel 11 Pro Fold, a foldable smartphone equipped with the Google Tensor G6.
The Pixel 11 Pro Fold features an 8.0-inch folding screen and a 6.5-inch screen when it is folded. The 8.0-inch display has a resolution of 2152×2076, and the 6.5-inch display has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 (2342×1080). Both screens have an OLED refresh rate of 120Hz.
It’s a high-spec Android smartphone with a Google Tensor G6 CPU, RAM16GB, storage capacity of 256GB/512GB, and a triple main camera of 48MP + 10MP + 10.8MP.
The rear camera has a triple camera with optical image stabilisation, is water and dust resistant (IP68), supports FeliCa (Osaifu-Keitai and Google Pay), dual SIM (nanoSIM, eSIM), HiLight with notifications and Gemini support, stereo speakers, Android 17 OS (7-year update), biometric authentication with fingerprint sensor, and no headphone jack; the connection port is USB Type-C.
Durable design for long-term peace of mind
A new composite back cover with a crack-resistant design has been newly adopted. By combining the newly developed gearless hinge protecting the inner display with the new Super Actua display made from ultra-durable ceramic cover glass, it achieves three times the strength of the previous model, making it the most durable Pixel Fold in Google’s history.
Furthermore, the new hinge has a larger bending radius and thicker inner display glass layers, making the creases less noticeable. Both displays also achieve a brightness of 3600 nits, which is 20% brighter than last year’s model.

Available in two colours: olive and obsidian, it was released on August 20, 2026. It can also be found on carriers like NTT Docomo, KDDI and SoftBank. The RAM16GB/256GB model costs 228,000Ksh, the RAM16GB/512GB model costs 244,000 Ksh and the Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold case costs 10,400 Ksh in the Google Store.
