While you have the option of receiving either a full M-Pesa statement or a mini M-Pesa statement, this article will be showing you How To Gain Access To Your Full M-Pesa Statement. This is because the Mini M-Pesa statement only shows you your last five transactions as opposed to the full M-Pesa statement that contains up to 1 month at least.
You will however be required to register in order to receive the full M-Pesa statements directly to your email on the 5th of each month.

Getting Started
To have your full M-Pesa statement sent to your email, simply:
- Dial *234# from your Safaricom line.
- You will then be presented with five menu options to choose from which are ‘M-Pesa Products’, ‘My M-Pesa information’, ‘M-Pesa Agent Services’, ‘Merchant Services’, and ‘Stawisha na M-Shwari’. Select option number 2 which is ‘My M-pesa information’.
- Next, you will be presented with ‘M-Pesa Statement’, ‘Tariff Query’, ‘Report Complaint’, ‘Business Number’, ‘Hakikisha’, and ‘Next of Kin’. Reply by typing ‘1’ which is ‘M-Pesa statement’. This will present you with ‘Full Statement’ and ‘Mini Statement’ as the options. Answer with option 1; ‘Full statement’.
You will be asked to enter your National ID, document or registration number in order to register for your M-PESA statements. Proceed to input your Identification number.
You will then be asked to type in your email address. Do that and then confirm the email address.
Upon confirming your email address you will also receive a notification confirming that you have registered to receive your Full M-Pesa statement by the 5th of every month. For a start, Safaricom will send you your M-Pesa statement for the last six months.
