A quick recap for those who missed the first and second articles and are wondering what a Work Permit is, it is a document which is issued by the Director of Immigration Services.
A Work Permit gives foreigners in Kenya the ability to actively engage in business, professional employment, trade, farming, as well as missionary activities.
Every Foreign national who is interested in working in the East African nation of Kenya, is required by law to obtain a work permit.
