- Next you will be directed to speak to a Jumia Kenya agent regarding your order. Make sure you have all the particulars of your order or shipment including the invoice number, destination as well as your details for verification.
If the goods you ordered have not yet left the warehouses of Jumia Kenya, it will be much easier and faster to cancel.
If the goods are already enroute, the Jumia Kenya Agent will notify you of the necessary actions to undergo, depending on whether or not your order has shipping fees attached to it.
It is also important to note that Jumia Kenya’s customer care only works on specified hours on different days of the week and other occasions.
During weekends and holidays for example the customer care is open 9pm to 3pm, while during weekdays it is open from 8am to 8pm. This means that this option is only effective before 8pm on week days and before 3pm on weekends and holidays.
