I have always wondered why nobody had come up with a modern online solution to the education needs of the millions of students undergoing higher learning on the African continent. I mean in terms of tutorials and assignment aids tailored to the institutions of higher learning operating on the continent.
I almost gave up my search until I discovered Akadamics.

Right off the jump the user experience on akadamics.com is very fluid with the entire website being quite easy to navigate. Including the mobile version of the website, both on Apple’s iOS Operating System (OS) and Google’s very own Android Operating System (OS). Although Akadamics states that it is still in its “the BETA phase” its progress so far is admirable.

You will be required to sign up just once. Once your registration is successful, you will then be able to choose between creating a Student Profile or a Tutor Profile. If you would like to create a Student Profile and a Tutor Profile, Akadamics also allows its users to do so.
Akadamics deals primarily with Study Documents. What this means is that its users will be able to purchase lecture notes, past papers, summaries, assignments, and solutions to assignments. Users can however get paid for selling their notes, study materials, and past papers to other users on the platform.
Users on Akadamics can earn money through cross checking other thesis for other users, tutoring, helping out with assignments, and helping users in any way the require in line with their education of course.
With Akadamics, users are able to post stories and news from their various institutions of higher learning and also get paid for that.
Answering questions earn users rewards on Akadamics whenever said answers are selected as the best. If you are unable to figure out the answer to a particular question, simply ask the students and tutors on Akadamics and the answer will be provided.
